Covid-19 Update: All the precautions and safety measures has been taken care of by Luxurobes in order to ensure safety and well being of our customers. Please refer to our updated shipping and returns policy below. 
DELIVERY

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number.

NATIONAL ORDERS

  • Free Shipping to major USA cities.
  • All orders are dispatched with our couriers within 24 hours after Order confirmation and arrive within 2-4 working days (for main cities in United States) Depending upon the distance from Luxurobes warehouse.
  • For outlaying towns that are NOT listed as main delivery areas when buying our product, please contact us for courier charges on: info@luxurobes.com or find us at luxurobes.com/pages/contact-us
  • You will be required to sign for delivery. We suggest providing a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm.
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign e.g. staff.
  • Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
  • We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns -

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we would be happy to offer a refund less 15% restocking fee within 7 days of receipt. In addition, please be advised free shipping method; when offered will be assesed a charge of $18.60 on any return for refund. We offer free exchange within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be agreed in advance. We regret that the delivery costs incurred in returning any items to Luxurious will not be refunded, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

We encourage you to check the item(s) carefully on receipt and inform us within 3 days of any damage or faults. We regret that we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for damaged items unless you inform us within this timescale.

Please note that we cannot accept return of any item(s) that has been used or is no longer in its original packaging.

If you do need to return an item, please remember to include a note explaining why you are returning it and also a copy of the invoice/receipt from the original packing.

Please use a traceable method when returning your item as we cannot accept liability if something is lost in transit and fails to reach us.

 

Exchanges -  We are committed to providing you with the best fit. If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 15 days of delivery for national orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached. We unfortunately do not do exchanges on product(s) which have been personalized (i.e. monogramed). To request an exchange, please email info@luxurobes with your order number and we'll get back to you. Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you at a service fee quoted by the courier.

Please note: regrettably we cannot accept returns on international orders or any 'sale', discounted or promotional items.

* note that returns or exchanges are only accepted when the item is not as described or not of proper fit also it will be checked by the pick up staff and will be accepted only if the item is unused and returned with delivered packaging and tags.*
